Jay Mirkil has over twenty years of international trade and commerce experience that was spent pricing and distributing portfolio reinsurance to protect multiple line insurance companies.  As additional underwriting tools he built custom risk management models and developed new e-business selection criteria for various insurance lines.  These models helped bring new proprietary transaction enhancement insurance products to market.  Jay has a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.

Sida Wang  is a native of China born in Hangzhou. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and has established a strong international rapport with Asia during his extensive years of travel.  His academic training focuses on computer applications for business and advanced statistical modeling that result from his work with quantitative analysis and integrated algorithmic design.  Sida is a candidate for a BS in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
